Meeting at the Barrels, in the Old Brewery Room, on the 4th Monday of the month (but not bank holidays)

Workshop for anyone aged 18+ All instruments and abilities welcome. Open to everyone interested in exploring music and sound in a group context.

The C.I.O. is a friendly group for people who enjoy to experimenting with sound and improvised music. You don’t have to have an instrument to join, we will have something you can use but if you have any kind of instrument please bring it along with you. No experience necessary. C.I.O. welcomes new members of all abilities, whether amateur or professional.

In the second edition of the new Denkraum series key_concepts hosted by Exploratorium: Berlin , synthesizer player Richard Scott talks about his experience in the legendary workshops of the London drummer and pioneer of free improvisation John Stevens.
